A VIP inquiry is a request, not a confirmed reservation, until Best Miami Clubs, the venue or an authorized representative confirms it. Entry is always the venue’s call.

Before you send a request

What happens after I send a VIP inquiry?
You send the inquiry. We check your date with the club. You get the terms for your date, or what’s available instead. Nothing is held until you accept.
Am I charged when I send a request?
No. A VIP inquiry is a request. Nothing is charged when you send it.
Can I ask for a specific table?
Yes. Choose a table type when the club has a floor plan on file, or say what you want in the message. A preference noted is not a preference held.
Can I get a refund?
Deposits and ticket sales are generally final after purchase, unless that event page, the venue or the checkout says otherwise. Refunds may be issued if an event is cancelled, where the law requires it, or when the venue or checkout provider approves an exception. Service, platform and processing fees, and partial changes, may not be refundable unless the law requires it or the page says otherwise. If you think there is a problem with a charge, contact us first, before any payment dispute or chargeback.
