Miami clubs publish different dress codes. LIV, E11EVEN and Club Space do not share one clothing or shoe policy. Start with your venue, then check the event listing for any date-specific instructions.

Before choosing your outfit

Read the policy for the club you will actually visit; a rule from another venue may not apply.
Check shoes, hats, shorts and oversized clothing against the venue's list.
Check the required physical ID and any arrival conditions on your ticket or confirmation.
Ask the venue about anything its policy leaves unclear. A brand name or outfit suggestion is not an admission guarantee.

Published venue rules

LIV, Miami Beach

LIV lists restrictions on tank tops, sleeveless shirts, shorts, oversized clothing, hats, athletic wear and beach attire. Its footwear list includes sandals, flip-flops, dirty athletic sneakers and flats for women; its FAQ requires women to wear heels. The policy does not promise admission for other sneakers. LIV also requires guests to be 21 or older and reserves entry decisions to its door team.

E11EVEN, Downtown Miami

E11EVEN asks for upscale nightlife attire. Its published list excludes oversized clothing, beachwear, tank tops, shorts, baseball caps, flip-flops and sports jerseys. That list does not establish a blanket allowance for designer sneakers or a more relaxed daytime policy. Check any instructions for the specific event alongside the general rules.

Club Space, Downtown Miami

Club Space encourages personal style, requires a shirt or other top, and requires sandals to have a back strap. Its FAQ says guests must be 21 or older, bring valid physical government-issued photo ID, and remain subject to the door staff's entry decision.

Can I wear sneakers to Miami clubs?

Check the specific venue. LIV lists dirty athletic sneakers among its restrictions. E11EVEN publishes an upscale attire policy without a general sneaker allowance. Club Space requires a top and a back strap on sandals. A shoe brand or a table request does not guarantee admission.

What should women wear to Miami nightclubs?

Follow the venue policy for the event you are attending. LIV requires heels for women and lists flats and beach attire among its restrictions. Do not assume that the same rule applies at Club Space or another venue; use the linked venue policies in this guide.

Can a Miami club refuse entry for dress code?

Yes. LIV reserves the right to refuse entry, and Club Space says admission is at the door staff’s discretion. Check the event and venue rules before buying or requesting a table.

Can I wear jeans to Miami clubs?

There is no single rule for every Miami club. LIV and E11EVEN restrict oversized clothing; their published lists do not establish a blanket approval for every style of jeans. Ask the venue about your outfit if the policy does not answer your question.
